This 27 years old male from Greater Noida presented with pain and deformity right hand,following an injury 20 days back.Xray showed Boxer fracture(fracture 5th metacarpal with angulation),it was neglected trauma,patient missed injury,thinking of muscular pain.
Closed reduction and K wiring was done to fix it and correct deformity.
Hand fracture specially Metacarpal and Phalanx fractures are commonly missed by patient and they present late,causing deformity,malunion.It should be fixed to give better hand function.
