Sucessful surgical excision of bony swelling from Popliteal fossa
A 30 Years old female suffering from knee pain and swelling for last 1 year presented to Dr Pankaj Ortho centre Sector 77,Noida.
Her MRI suggested of Osteochondroma,Surgical excision was planned and done successfully by Dr Pankaj Kumar.
Size of tumor was approx 4cm*2cm.It was sent for histopath exam.
It confirmed Osteochondroma-- a benign bony tumor,that needs surgical excision.
Any Bony hard swelling should be evaluated clinically and radiologically and treated accordingly.
