Paediatric wrist fracture treated successully by TENS (Closed Reduction)
A 10 years old male child sustained fracture both both ulna and radius following a fall in his society, visited to Dr Pankaj Ortho centre sector 77 Noida. He was operated with closed reduction and TENS fixation .
Reduction was perfect in both AP and lateral views.
Paediartic fracture which shows unacceptable angulation or displacement, should be corrected.
