ORIF with locking plate for Elbow fracture
A 30 years old female presented with pain and swelling left elbow joint following slip and fall in mall.
Xray was taken,which showed displaced medial condyle frcature left elbow, as fracture was displaced and intra articular, it required proper reduction and fixation for better elbow movement.
She was operated by Dr Pankaj by ORIF with medial locking plate.
Elbow fracture requires proper anatomical reduction and congrous joint for better elbow movement.
Plaster does not give satisfactory result in intra articular fracture of elbow or wrist.
