Great Toe (Foot) dislocation reduced without anesthesia
A 41 years old male presented to OPD with pain and deformity of left foot great toe, xray was taken, which showed dislocation of IP joint of great toe.
As he was not willing for anesthesia and admission, closed reduction was done gently in OPD without anesthesia. Check x-ray was done to see reduction, Strapping was done.
He recovered well.
Toe or finger dislocation can be reduced without anesthesia in clinic/ OPD.
