A 32 Years old suffering from left shoulder pain for last 6 months presented to Dr Pankaj kumar, after clinical examination and MRI it was confirmed Supraspinatus tendinoss and subscap tendinosis.
His pain was not settling done with medications and physiotherapy so Ultrasound guided GFC/PRP was planned. As ultrasound guided site of injection precisely.
