A 37 years old female presented to Dr Pankaj Ortho Centre sector 77 Noida following slip and fall, X-ray showed displaced fracture lateral end clavicle.
Clavicle fractures are usually managed conservatively but few clavicle fractures should be operated to prevent non union,malunion,deformity and decreased range of movement,
She was operated with Open reduction and internal fixation by locking plate as lateral end clavicle fracture ruptures lateral ligament complex like coracoclavicular ligament, it was stabized by fibre wire/tape and titanium endobutton.
