A 50 years old male came to Dr Pankaj Ortho Centre with fracture lateral end left Clavicle with AC joint dislocation.
He was operated with fibre tape, fibre wire and Endo button technique by Dr Pankaj Kumar.
Rehabilitation was started and he recovered with pain free Range of motion.
Clavicle fracture is usually treated conservatively but lateral end clavicle fracture requires anatomical reduction as many ligaments are injured after this fracture.
