A 30 Years old male sustained fracture both bone left forearm following bike accident. He visied Dr Pankaj Ortho Centre at sector 77 Noida. His xray showed displaced both bone forearm ulna and radius fracture, for which, he was operated with open reduction and internal fixation with plating.
No Plaster was given after surgery, early mobilization of elbow and wrist was started.
He recovered well and was pain free at 2 weeks.
Both bone fracture are very common injury following a road accident. Surgical treatment gives faster recovery.
