#Conservative treatment for fracture wrist

A 55 years old lady from sector 143 Noida,presented to our clinic-Dr Pankaj Ortho Centre,with pain and deformity of right wrist,following fall at home.Xray was taken,which showed,displaced fracture distal end radius and Ulna.As she was having multiple medical issues,after discussing with family,Closed Reduction was done under local anesthesia at clinic without pain and plaster was applied.Check ray shows,fracture reduction-acceptable.

Wrist fracture can be managed without surgery if reduction is achieved satisfactorily.
