A 38 old female came to Dr Pankaj Ortho centre, sector 77 Noida with pain and instability of right knee following a twisting injury 6 months back.
Her clinical examination showed ACL tear, MRI also confirmed complete ACL tear with medial mensiscus partial tear, for which she was operated with Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using Hamstring graft and partial meniscectomy was done at Apollo Hospital, Noida.
She was mobilized with walker and knee brace.
With gradual exercises and physiotherapy, she achieved pain free full range of movement without any laxity or locking.
