83 years old female undergoes Bipolar Hip Replacement
A 83 Years old female from sector 79 Noida came to Dr Pankaj Ortho centre sector 77 Noida followiong slip and fall at home.
xray was done,which showed fracture neck of femur left, She underwent CEMENTED Bipolar Hemi Arthroplasty( hip replacement), She was mobilized full weight bearing from next day with walker.
Her pain settled down and she recovered well after surgery.
Fracture neck of femur is very common hip fracture in elderly patients as their bones are osteoporotic.
