82 Years old lady from sector 75 Noida,suffering from severe knee pain and deformity,unable to perform her routine activities underwent successful Bilateral TKR (Total knee replacement).
Post op,physiotherapy was started.She achieved good range of motion,left walker after 1 month.She started walking without support after 6-8weeks and was pain free without any deformity.
As,she was having Osteoporosis issue also,that was managed with Teriparatide injection.
Positive support and motivation from family members and will power of patient made surgery successful at this age (with medical co-morbidities).
