52 years old female suffering from multi ligament injury operated by Dr Pankaj Kumar
A 52 years old female presented with pain and instability in right knee, following a fall at home,Her MRI suggested of complete MCL tear with medial meniscus posterior horn tear with MPFL Injury.
She was not able to walk or stand without support, She was operated with arthroscopic meniscus repair with MCL repair and MPFL repair with anchor ,
She was made to stand with walker and knee immobilizer.
She was advised to avoid weight bearing on right leg,
Her Pain and laxity (valgus stress-opening) settled down after the surgery.
