50 years old female from Delhi suffering from advanced osteoarthritis right knee with painful knee joint with deformity,not able to walk more than 100 metres, presented to me.
She had undergone through physiotherapy,intra articular injection and arthroscopic knee debridement,but there was no relief in her pain.
Finally,she underwent Right total knee replacement at Jaypee Hospital,Noida.
Now,she is walking painfree without any deformity..TKR is the solution for severe osteoarthritis knee if pain and deformity are not responding to conservative treatment.
