38 Years old female undergoes Arthroscopic ACL reconstruction and meniscus repair
A 38 years old female from Noida sector 74, sustained knee injury following a twisting injury. she was not able to walk properly, knee movements were painful and instability while walking.
She consulted Dr Pankaj Kumar at sector 77 clinic (Ortho & Spine) ,Her MRI suggested of complete ACL Tear with grade 3 meniscus tear, she was operated successfully by arthroscopic ACL reconstruction using Hamstring graft and meniscus was repaired by inside out technique.
Post op, She was mobilized with walker and knee immobilizer.Her pain and instability settled down, After proper rehab and exercises, she achieved full range of movements,painfree without instability.
