35 years old male patient from Greater Noida West,presented with Right Acromioclavicular joint dislocation(after trauma,fall from bike),Successfully opertaed with AC Joint reconstruction with Fibre tape/fibre wire and titanium endobuttons through MIS surgical technique.Post op Xray shows good anatomical reduction of joint.Gradual exercises started and patient has recovered well.
AC joint disruption/dislocation is common shoulder injury in young active male,depending upon grading of dislocation,it requires surgical repair.
