3 Years old child treated successfully by plaster for fracture right forearm
A 3 years old child sustained fracture right forearm (radius fracture) following a fall while playing in her playschool.
The parents searched for best orthopaedic doctor nearby and came to our clinic.
Xray was taken at the clinic, which showed fracture right radius with deformity (bowing)
As parents were not willing for tretment in operation theatre under anesthesia, gentle manipulation and above elbow plaster was applied at clinic.
Check xray, showed acceptable reduction, regular follow up was done.
Finally,her fracture healed after 6 weeks of treatment.
She was painfree without any deformity around her right forearm.
